Shalati Safari Camp

Shalati is a wonderful big Five tourism destination on the land of the Mnisi community,  adjacent to the Manyeleti Reserve and close to the Hlalakahle Village. The project creates job opportunities for the members of the local village and the Mnisi community, making this an incredible way to reflect sustainable tourism.

Shalati consist of four separate camps, each offering a different level of luxury.

Shalati Safari Camp consist of two separate camps, Ngala and Ingwe. These camps are constructed on a timber and canvas basis, allowing an African experience combined with comfort and convenience.

Both Ngala and Ingwe are quipped with 40 tented units and ensuite facilities. Each unit is equipped with mosquito nets.

Child Policy

  • Children 0 – 6 No Charge
  • Children 7 – 12 Years pay 50% of the Adult Sharing Rate
  • Children above 12 years pay the full Adult Rate

  • Lunch at the Lodge at R180 per person
  • Lunch Packs at R165 per person
  • Dinner at R250 per person
  • Boma Dinner ( weather permitting) at R275 per person

  • 21 – 15 days before arrival 40%
  • 14 – 8 days before arrival 65%
  • 7 – 3 days before arrival 80%
  • From 2 days before arrival and no-shows 100%

Day use rooms
Strictly on request and are dependent on availability of room(s) at a rate of 50% off single public tariff and rooms are only available between 11h00 and 17h00. Any rooms required after 17h00
will be treated as a full additional night and the normal contracted rate attached will apply.
