Rate inclusions: Accommodation, brunch, high tea, dinner, teas and snacks, 2 safari activities per day and VAT.

Rate exclusions: Conservation levy of R202.00 nett per person per stay (conservation levy is subject to change without notice), all drinks, transfers and items of a personal nature.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Always verify FULL terms & conditions with reservations department prior to booking confirmation or on pro-forma invoice.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows:

  • 60 and 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount will be due
  • 29 and 15 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total amount will be due
  • 14 and 0 days prior to arrival - 90% of the total amount will be due

CHILDREN: No children under 12 years are permitted at Tangala Safari Camp.

The lodge reserves the right to restrict one night weekend or peak period bookings.

Accommodation comprises 4 chalets and 6 luxury tents, complete with covered patios, twin beds under mosquito nets and ensuite bathrooms which include his and her basins, shower and toilet. Tangala retains its authenticity and closeness to nature and runs “off the grid”, boasting solar power and natural gas to fuel the camp. The camp itself is rustic and authentic with an informal and relaxed atmosphere, perfect to unwind and to get back in touch with nature.
